Catering and Corkage Fee > Please mind that you have to contact the Maritim concerning catering and corkage fee regarding any kind of receptions, happy hours or press conferences. Contact: Christian Beichter, Claudia Stuck 0049 421 3789 789. Or use the forms E6/E7 in the service handbook.

European Jazz Meeting > The European Jazz Meeting will take the place of the European JazzXchange Programme. jazzahead! and its partners will present showcases from the participating countries Friday and Saturday afternoon.

jazzahead! late-night programme! > In 2009 there will again be concerts in the Kulturzentrum Schlachthof, this time on Friday and Saturday, mainly focusing on German productions.

Internet at the event > This year, internet will be available in the working area of jazzahead! for the first time.

Professional participants > Don’t forget to make use of the early bird discounts again! Details and online registration possible as from 04 August 2008. Online registration will be available until 14/04/09, noon. After this date, registrations can only be made on-site at the event.

Opening hours > In 2009, the exhibition will be closing at 2 p.m. on Sunday 26 April 2009.

Press > We gladly offer to provide press material of registered jazzahead! exhibitors to journalists in the press area of this website and on www.messe-bremen.de. Please send the material to bischoff@messe-bremen.de or to trenkler@messe-bremen.de. Please see the press section for more information.

Full contact data of exhibitors and professional participants will only be passed on to other registered exhibitors, professional participants and journalists (at the latest after expiry of the registration date). You will receive your LOGIN password by email upon registration.

Deadline for co-exhibitor registration
09 April 2009: Deadline for online registration of professional participants. From 10 April 2009, registration on-site at the event only.
